Meridian Fitness sold premium home gym equipment in a market where hesitant buyers spend weeks researching before committing. Their store did nothing to accelerate that decision.
We rebuilt their Shopify store as a high-ticket sales engine: in-depth product pages that resolved every objection, a financing calculator that made price feel manageable, and a comparison tool that made Meridian the obvious choice.
Video-first product showcases, customer transformation stories, and a live chat integration tied to a structured qualification flow turned passive browsers into active buyers.

Images showed the equipment against a plain white background. Descriptions listed weight capacity and dimensions. There were no videos, no customer results, no comparison with what a gym membership costs over three years, and no reason to believe the product was worth the investment.
No Tools to Handle High-Ticket Buyer Hesitation
High-ticket buyers need more information, more trust, and more time than impulse purchasers. Meridian's store offered none of the tools that help — no FAQ accordion, no financing option, no comparison chart, no live chat. Prospects left to do their research elsewhere and often didn't come back.

We added a financing calculator (Affirm integration), a side-by-side product comparison tool, an expandable FAQ covering the 12 most common pre-purchase questions, and a live chat widget connected to a trained qualification flow. Prospects now have every reason to buy — and none to leave.
A Mobile Experience Built for Considered Buying
Full-bleed video on mobile, pinch-to-zoom product images, a sticky add-to-cart with financing toggle, and a mobile-optimised specifications layout mean Meridian's biggest traffic source is now its highest-converting channel.
