Service

By accessing or using pixelain.com (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

These terms apply to all visitors, users, and anyone who accesses the Site or engages Pixelain's services.

Pixelain provides branding, web design, ecommerce development, and digital growth services. The scope, timeline, pricing, and deliverables for any engagement are defined in a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or project agreement.

Project estimates provided via our website or in initial discussions are not binding quotes. Final pricing is confirmed in writing prior to project commencement.

Upon full payment for a completed project, all deliverables created specifically for the client (logos, custom designs, copy) become the client's property.

Pixelain retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio, case studies, and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.

All underlying tools, frameworks, templates, and processes developed by Pixelain remain Pixelain's intellectual property.

Unless otherwise stated in a project agreement, a 50% deposit is required before project work begins. The remaining balance is due upon project completion and final delivery.

Invoices are due within 14 calendar days of issue. Late payments may incur a 1.5% monthly fee on outstanding balances.

Pixelain reserves the right to pause work on projects with overdue payments.

Project agreements define the number of revision rounds included. Revisions beyond agreed scope are billed at Pixelain's current hourly rate.

Scope changes requested by the client after project kick-off may affect timeline and pricing. Changes are agreed upon in writing before implementation.

Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public information shared during a project engagement. Pixelain will not disclose client business information to third parties without written consent.

This confidentiality obligation does not apply to information that is publicly available or independently developed.

Pixelain's liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific project or deliverable in question.

Pixelain is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including lost profits, loss of data, or business interruption.

The Site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

Either party may terminate a project engagement with 14 days' written notice. The client is responsible for payment for all work completed to the termination date.

Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced unless Pixelain is in material breach of the project agreement.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Lahore, Pakistan.

Pixelain reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted to this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.
